Comments:
Ran 2 loops of hills to the middle and back down on the side, and 2 loops from the parking lot to the first bridge, then back on 49th to the second bridge and cooldown back to the parking lot. I twisted my ankle on the second flat loop, and it still hurts, so I'm going to cross train tomorrow. Ended with a full big hill and brisk jog to Foxhall, then cooldown back to school.
I'm guestimating the distance, but the actual one should be pretty close.
