Comments:
A nice day for this workout. 5 Repeat 400s, John went hard the first 2 but we ran the next one side by side and the final out two on my own.

Went out to Gill Hill after the workout with a lot of the team. Surprisingly John made up up the fastest and the rest of the team followed suit. Granted we warmed up nicely and took it slow on the lead up from the base to the driveway.
