Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
6 pickups, alternating half-hill then "flat" bit less than half mile loop with a bit of jogging in between each. then ran (not all out) all the way up and sprinted on chain bridge to foxhall signal. there were only five of us, boardman, michael, daniel, aidan, and I. not too hard, i feel fine now, it didn't leave me dead all afternoon like some workouts. psyched that i made varsity for georgetown prep...close one
