Exercise Type: Run

Weather: worked out outside in the wind, then raced indoors

Comments:
did 6 x 150m sprinting on the outdoor track cause it was too crowded inside, kinda tired afterward but still fine for the meet, ran the 600 in 1:30.48 so just a little over 2 flat pace, came through in 58 for 400m and ended up 2nd to ramsey in the 2nd fastest heat, didn't feel as drained afterward as i thought i would, preppy relay after was fun
