Comments:
i was feeling tired from yesterday's workout, so i took this run real easy. we were running like 8min pace most of the time. but my stomach hurt-- it was like i was too full, but i didn't think i had eaten more than usual. maybe there was something bad at grab-it. anyways, once we got past coventry, we crossed over to south park, ran by the jcu team, then dipped into the woods so i could take a pee break. my stomach still felt upset; we stood around until i vomited. felt better afterwards. it was really weird though. ran the rest of the way back with no problems. 5x100m striders on van horn. static 2, also on van horn-- it was real nice out, and there's not much of anywhere to stretch inside with the nonsense going on in there. 5x1' planks in the locker room. hipsx15.
