Very easy workout, felt great all the way through. First 1200 and 2nd 800 were a little too fast, but the others were pretty close. Ran with Tyler the whole time. Felt like I was holding back the whole time, even on the last 400s, but thats what we were supposed to do. Must be resting the legs for this weekend.
