Comments:
ran with david, and little joe for the first 2 miles. it felt nice and easy, and i wanted it to be so that was good. still trying out the easier easy days at the advice of peter. i'm forcing myself to do it, so i really hope it helps. lots of time to think for the first 2.5 ish because david was silent, he ended up getting sick but felt better. i was thinking about how after yesterdays workout, i can be better than i am. not only that i have to be. there was a taste of how good i could be in there yesterday, and i want that, and i think sometimes i forget it. i remembered how i've said before that i never want to have to watch a championship race again, how it will kill me to have to cheer a team at nationals, because i should be a part of it, not o the sidelines. whatever the outcome of the future races, i want to know that i put my self out there for a full 5 miles and made whoever ran faster than me work much harder for it.
