Weather: 59, dark, rainy

Comments:
Not a great sleep thanks to jiggy Murph so feeling sluggish. Planned to stay inside to keep it flat, good cause crazy rain outside. Warm up felt okay, did new ladder of intervals all at 7:30 pace (4-3-2-1 minutes). All felt pretty hard since I was already tired but didn't whimp out. Cool down felt fine.
