Exercise Type: Swim
Comments:
I noticed that even after only 4 classes, my swimming strokes and speed have MASSIVELY improved, which is great. So I am getting a kickass workout and improving my swimming, very glad I signed up.
Today we worked on butterfly and breast stroke, but also did freestyle speed intervals, which was killer.
Wasn't really up to swimming, so the first 1/2 i was just going through the motions, but by the 2nd half I got motivated and went pretty strong.
