Early Morning Aqua Jog.

Comments:
Had work at 9, so I went to the gym at 7 to get a good aqua jog in. I was actually slightly sore from yesterday's "aqua workout" so instead of doing pickups, i just went 40 minutes steady (which still wasn't easy). I broke it up into two sets of 20 minutes interrupted with a 2 minute break. Took way to much willpower to get myself to start that second set.

Also lifted some weights, and did the usual crunch, stretch, strength etc etc etc
