Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Was really excited for this workout, because the knees were better than last week, and I also wanted to do well at Gtown Prep.
Disappointed I couldn't do a hill, but i know doing it would have been so bad for me, so its whatever.
Really went all out in the first 3, I don't feel like I have ran that fast in a long time. Form was good, speed increased as pickup went along, and cool down maintained semi decent running form/pace. I had some healthy competition in my head with someone on the team during the workout. Not the best mindset I know, but it did help me run much faster.
Fourth pickup, maybe because I was dead exhausted by then, but it started out well, but halfway through I started losing speed at the point when I wanted to be gaining speed and the last stretch on the road was sloppy. Pissed I ended off on a low-note, but overall it was a great workout.
