Weather: Wilson Pool.
Comments:
Sore form yesterday's workout, knees were hurting, I decided to be conservative and aqua jog instead of run, so I could race this weekend. Because it was a recovery and not a workout, I just went steady, (but at a faster than usual pace) for 20 minutes and finished with a minute pickup "sprint".
Much less than I usually do, but I was still pretty tired after it.
