neighborhood: things are turning around

October 16, 2011 (Morning)

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: 70, windy, sunny, perfect (altho a tad cold for my liking) - hard to enjoy at first when breathing in the wonderfully almost crisp but still hot air made my nose burn (damn sickness)

Comments:
still under the weather from yesterday, but feeling so much better than how miserably sick and tired i felt this morning. nose is pretty irritated but less stuffy, sinuses are less headachy

fir the first time in a long while, ran without a watch (except for race days of course). even tho prob only ran 5-10min, it was pretty liberating.

lot of questions going thru my head on the way out - the good and the bad... but then i decided to turn back and run home. things suddenly fell into place. i didn't know what tomorrow (back to school/people) would bring, or two weeks from now (championships). i didn't know how i felt about yesterday (race), or about two weeks ago (sickness). but somehow, right then, i was sorta happy. somehow, things just felt right, and I knew everything was going to be alright.
so i've written my log entry for yesterday and thought about the race. i just gotta find out one thing, and then, i think i'm ready to move on.
