.....for these aqua jogs. I think thats pretty symbolic of its boredom, but I think Im just slightly starting to like doing it.
Did my usual 30 minute workout of pickups, maintained good form during recoveries, which is good, because that isn't always the case.
The weirdest thoughts pop up into my head while aqua-jogging, especially during the warm ups, cold downs and recoveries. Thinking of investing in water proof headphones to pass the time and stay focused.
