Burnt Hills

Comments:
Did a little jog with Mary when we first got there to shake out. Warmed up and had a bit of knee pain. Got into race and it barely hurt except when I kicked it with my foot by accident on the bottom of the first hill. Got out a bit too fast I think, breathing was totally fine but didn't really pay attention to the fact that my legs were getting trashed by the downhills. Legs locked up in final half mile when I've usually been my strongest these past couple weeks. Not a horrible race though, still hung tough and almost beat Mack.
