felt really sore from hill sprintz + gym yesterday, but once workout got going, felt good. i was worried after last race that i might be burning out, but the good workout today was an indication that the race was just a very off day. looking forward to next race. 2200, 2200, 3300, 2200 @ Druid mansion a bit faster than T pace. 1 min rest between intervals
