Comments:
Did a really hard leg workout yesterday, which caused extreme exhaustion early in run. I had to do these 2.5 miles at a decent pace. Break. Then I did .5 miles and 1.0 miles to finish the 4 miles total.

The 1 mile consisted of running at 5mph and 12.5mph on intervals.
