Weather: 57, dark, cloudy, wore reflector vest
Comments:
Just going easy for 3 after yesterdays hard tempo, legs feeling good no soreness or twinges. Pretty dark at 6:30 and road was very busy so not a relaxing run. Did core and pilates and finally able to do regular push ups after canal bike crash that bruised hands and wrists.
