Comments:
Ran for 4 miles with chris and then about 12-13 with Ben, CWade, and Paul Z around JCU, Belvoir to Shaker, and down South Park. My legs still felt pretty crappy, but we had a good conversation on the run and such. Lifting back at Veale, stretching, abs, rolling, hips, push-ups.
