Comments:
800,4xmile,2x800 with 2 and 3.5 minute recovery. 2:27,5:03,5:02,5:00,5:01,2:26,2:24. Felt sore from lifting yesterday for the first time in 10 days and a little tired in general. The workout was not as bad as I thought it was going to be though, so that is good. Seemed like everyone ran pretty well.
