Hills/Tempo Run

Comments:
I am determined to keep running outside for as long as I can and even a windy, rainy, 43-degree day is better than a treadmill. Anyway. Took the first mile slow (8:00) then turned up the heat, I enjoyed the challenge of hills + tempo run. I felt great today, no leg cramps, no dead legs. I think I'll probably do three easier, longer runs the next three days.
