Comments:
Did a pretty shortened track workout today, by short I mean I didn't have as much time as I would have liked to do it the way I wanted, but it'll have to do. (warmup, 2x1mile, cool-down)

Mile 1: 6:19
Mile 2: 6:36
1.84 mi cool-down (14:20)
Looking back, it's probably not worth it to do 1-mile intervals when I only have enough time to do two, I should probably stick to 400s or 800s. Had a little trouble with the GPS, I think the 'Mile 2' time is off, but whatever. Weather was beautiful today, 60, sunny, breezy.
