Comments:
Had some energy today - ran one of my more enjoyable routes, splits were as follows:
Mile 1: 7:12
Mile 2: 6:51
Mile 3: 6:53
Mile 4: 7:13
Final .66: 4:34 (6:56 pace)
I think subconsciously I knew this was going to be one of the last truly warm days of the year and I wanted to take advantage of it. Time for a couple of easy runs and then a long run this weekend.
