Comments:
2x1 mile. Anthony asked me to aim for 7:00 per mile, and told the group that trying to hit pace was more important than speed. I could have run faster, but I didn't because I wanted to get to pace. Ran 6:54 out and 6:57 back. My foot was hurting a lot despite Veronica's taping it.
