Comments:
Foot twinged a bit, but nothing bad. Ran to AU and did a 6x300 workout with 100m cooldown after each of first 4, 500m after 5th, and 700m after 6th. Ran 61,61,61,61,63,53. Then ran down Mass ave and up Wisconsin on a steady run. I didn’t eat much today because of school stress, so this felt terrible. I sped up as the steady run progressed though.
