Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
3 up, 3x 1 mile in the development with 2 minutes recovery 5:04, 5:03, 5:09, 4 down.
Felt very good, much better than last mile repeat workout. Started off the last one much too slow and just didn't have the wheels to make it up at the end. Need to work on being able to change gears better. If i can get that down I think I do some some big things soon. Finally adapting to the mileage.
6x12 sec. sprints.
