fucking tight calves. annoying to run through but whatever. i'm tired of taking it easy it's bullshit. i rest and my calves tighten up and piss me off. probably 7 tomorrow then starting sunday long for the whole rest of the summer.
I kinda wanna do 30 the next 3 days to hit 250 for the month though, we'll see.
