Comments:
Stayed inside to keep it flat and easy, felt slightly sluggish during start of warm up but quickly fell into better vibe. Did 6 1 min intervals @ race pace and did all 1 min recovery jogs @ 6.0 spd to make it a bit harder. Felt pretty good and cool down was easy, could have gone on more but needed to get in core and pilates. Soreness just about over.
