Ran 5x 800s (1/2 mile) at 95% with a 2.5 min break with the Urban Athletic running team. I felt really good. I kept focusing on "polling" my arms at every step. My legs were a little sore the next day, it's been a while since I've pushed myself beyond a coasting run...
