swimming!

Exercise Type: Swim

Comments:
swam "with" drew at 4:00 and jsut did an easy type swim with lots of kicking and some water jogging and some laps, but they werent very hard. stretching and icing after. my knees have started to feel a littlew better. going to run this weekend twice, and if they feel okay i'll go to full time running late in the week next week.
