Comments:
Tuesday workout with the normal group, except Carter joined this time. Ran the first one quick, decided to run the next couple with Carter because on the first one, my opening lap was a 70, the other two laps were as fast as his (75s). he only did 3 so I ran the last one alone. Even split 35 for ever 200.

Good day, I think I need to start eating better though, so I'm going to start tracking what I have for lunch, no calorie counting, I'll worry about dinner later, one step at a time. Maybe I'll see it every day and realize how much crap I'm putting into myself.

Today's lunch: Taco Bell XXL beef Chalupa, hard taco, chicken flatbread, 64 oz. Mountain Dew Baja Blast
