Warm-up would have been a good idea

Weather: crips fall day

Comments:
Drove to Crescent at River Rd because I was late from talking to athlete. Absolutely no warm up. Ran 3xmile along the trail with 2-3 minute recoveries. Pace was uneven and focused on getting or certain splits or spots on the trail. Some of the pace was certainly around 6:30 I'd guess. The middle split was the only time the knee didn't scream out. Not what my body needs...
the workout was impressive, though. Jogged 90 seconds afterwards and drove back to GDS!
