Weather: 72 degrees sunny light breeze

Comments:
Ran same as yesterday. Miss the warm-up stretch due to a meeting after school. Ran most of the way until I found a small runner without a buddy. I walked with him to campus and ran back on to the track for 3 laps. some tightness in both legs (shins)
