Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
3 mile tempo on the track, 10 min jog, then 4x400 with 2 min rest. Split 5:31.3 5:31.3 5:27.5 for the tempo. Felt strong the whole way through and never got too uncomfortable. First 400 was 69-70(had to run out of my lane), then 69 68 66. Went better than expected on those, and actually felt like I had some pop in my legs. Track was covered in puddles yet again, but by this point I'm used to it.
