Comments:
Original plan was to run 5xmile with 3 minute rest. Wasn't feeling too hot today. Track was covered in puddles and pretty much rained the whole workout. Could have gotten through 1-2 more, but with the race on Saturday, it's better not too push today and try to get recovered.
