Comments:
Easy breezy 7 miler...gave the energy gel a try 4 the 1st time during my run..at 5 miles, to be precise. Kicked in at 6 miles, and I felt super energized. Just a trial pre-marathon. I'm going to need a little boost at 20 miles to complete the remaining 6 at a decent pace. Mosdef carrying 1 or 2 w/me.
