Portland Long Slow Run

Weather: Lovely still clear evening with slight Autumn chill in the air.

Comments:
Not going to break any speed records but pleased with the distance. Pretty knackered after but just come in from 2 weeks at sea so pretty run-down and no fluid intake during run, bit stupid really, know better for next time.
Achillies still sore and tender to touch but not as painful as I expected.
I know I can at least run a half marathon and still a month to go, most of which will be off ship.
Sub 4 hours probably not acheivable at this stage, new goal is completion!!
