Weather: 40, 30+ mph winds
Comments:
Had stay inside due to huge winds and Warren Ave closed before beach from tide surge. Felt prettty good right away but nervous about passing time on tm for this long. Did 5 min stints at paces ranging from 5.8-6.2 to try to break up monotomy which helped. Had only 1 time when felt like legs were giving in but went away. Got off for snickers break at 5 and 8 miles which worked well. So happy to get in such a long run, could definitely do 2 more for half distance which is in 2 weeks. Did the usual foam roll, stretch, ice bath & socks. Not really sore next day yeah!
