Comments:
With MLG, Birdman, Derek, Teddy, and Brett. Felt really sore once again, but I'm confident I will loosen up in time. Got harassed by too many hoodrats to count. Burdman had a funny quote but it is not appropriate for this site. Did the hills (6x15s) out at Herring Run on the hill we used before regionals last year. Did strides in the stadium after and lifted ~3/4 weight after simply to maintain the routine.
