Comments:
ran 2 miles and didn't feel good at all, stomach started bugging me. Stopped and spoke with the team for about 20 mins then finished up the run. Ended up feeling better and ran 7.3 miles in about 51 or 52 mins (checked mapmyrun) Last mile was right around 6:40 so turned into a decent steady state run.
