Rest was equal to the number of laps run so 5 4 3 2. Went alright I guess. Would have liked to have felt a little bit smoother, but just glad to get it in, and hit around what I wanted to for each rep. 800 would have been faster by about 2 seconds or so if I didn't almost collide with someone on the backstretch trying while trying to cut in before the bleachers.
