3x8,4,4,4 on the track a bit faster than I pace.
1: 2:29, 71, 71, 69
2: 2:27, 69, 67, 67
3: 2:28, 69, 67, 64
felt awesome, was keeping up with some of the 800/milers pretty well. 2:30 rest after the 8s, 1:30 rest after the 4s (all at a slow jog). no extra break between sets. really tired after the last one, which we really burned. body's tired from last two days, tomorrow will be really easy. hitting the pool tomorrow as well.
Lots of stretching + ice bath after this.
