I love running!!
warm up, tasha and me went down linder instead the canal.
then 200, 400, 800, 400, 200 which felt A M A Z I N G!!
woooo!!!
i sprinted my last 200 and it was just amazing to not feel pain!!
2 miles including warm up? idkk ^_^
track is gonna be epic!!!!!!!!
water does miracles!!
