Comments:
14min warmup, 3k race, cooldown. Great race. I think this was the first race where I actually executed a strategy: go with the group for the first mile, then try and push the pace at the end. I ran really consistent splits; 44's and 45's with 43 and 46sec outliers. I did fall into my usual trap (aka. going out too fast because it feels easy at first) and I felt like I was actually controlling my race. Ran a new PR of 11:17; 37sec faster than my previous PR.
