Comments:
Did warm up mile inside to wait for sunrise, felt okay but a tad tired. Tried to start w/ hard pace right off and at 3:30 at 1/2 mile. Garmin acting up, didn't measure mile 1 right (7:28 by me but beep didn't go off until 8:19 and way passed mile marker). Did get mile 2 right @ 7:31. Very hard to navigate beach lot due to storm damage and all the big equipment that was being driven around. Wanted to hang in for full 2.5 but watch distance was wrong so ended up stopping at 2.4 as hill started on Warren Ave. Very glad that 2 miles were under 15 (14:59 I think). Felt okay on cooldown, tired but really focused on form and feet. Glad to get this hard run in before Sunday's race.
