400 jog recovery, rest ranged from 3:30-4:00. Was shooting for around 2:20 for all of them, pushed a little on the last one and got the drop in time I wanted. Happy with my workout, I wish I could have done it with less rest, but I didn't want to leave the group behind especially today because Ryan S. was there and he can actually run with me.

Weighed in at 177 before the run today, slightly worrisome even though I did drink a bunch of water before the run. I need to quit eating like crap every day and drinking so much on the weekends.

Either way, I feel like I'm still getting better, I'm still moving in the right direction, still on the rise....
