Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Ran to AU track and did two easy laps, then went steady down BK trail to MacArthur and back up. Was about 2 seconds behind group, so I missed a light. Altered my route back to school, so instead of going down 42nd I continued on Nebraska to Warren, and then cut through some soccer fields and jumped over a fence to get back onto 42nd. Good run, but my calves are pretty tight and I'm starting to feel serious shin splints. I'll run through.
