Bee Run

Comments:
Return to the Beehive behind the seminary for 6x30s hill sprints. Mount Doom is a rough hill to run them on. When running past the seminary on the way back, we talked about how awesome it would be to house the whole team there and train on the seminary grounds. Didn't feel that great, and kind of sore on the hill sprints, but the day off yesterday might be part of the reason. Though normally days off help you feel better the next day, so I don't know.

My shins felt really weird on this run, but not like the normal pain. It's happened before but it was worse today. Hopefully it's just a fluky thing.

Yesterday's "run" was in the pool. It was a planned day off, not an aborted run or anything, so hopefully it doesn't confuse anyone.
