Ran with the guys training for regionals today.
the workout for them was 3 miles on the track at about 5:10 pace. My task was to push them through the workout especially the 2nd mile as "E-Town." I made it through 2 at sub 10:20, and then started falling off. decided to stop after then next lap.
finished with 4x200
then extended cooldown.
feeling pretty sore today and still tonight and i have very stiff hips & caves.
