Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran with "E-Town"...thanks for doing it guys. I particularly enjoyed the throwing elbows part (but seriously). 3 miles continuous, then 4x200. 15:18(5:08,5:08,5:02). We were supposed to do 5:10(with the first lap in 70), 5:10,5:00. We were pretty close to being on pace. Did not feel bad at all until the last 3 laps maybe. After that it started to get uncomfortable but I didn't want to dip into "race mode" so I held off a little. Writing this later in the night and my legs are pretty tired/sore. Hopefully it's not a long term thing though. I don't feel like it was some massive effort so with any luck I should feel good after a day or two. Shins didn't hurt in the workout, which was good.
Funny because if I had run another 200 meters to make it a 5k, it would have been about 15:55. 45 seconds off my PR, but this was hardly optimal conditions.
